Hello Dallas! I’m Adriana Ross proud owner of Dream Home Cleaners. Started here as an employee and now super proud of the fact I get to stay here for good! What I do here has always come natural, I specially enjoy taking care of my awesome customers! This is honestly the best career a gal could ever ask for! What makes our company special is that we are always open to learning better cleaning methods, we never assume we know all there is to know about cleaning. I am passionate about doing things the right and honest way, about giving back our customers free time while earning their peace of mind, and ensuring our Cleaning Technicians have all they need to feel safe and happy in their careers. During my free time I enjoy hanging our with my kids whom are the best little humans I know! They are 9yrs, 7yrs, and 17 months. Spending time with my hubby Justin Ross is always special he is a Disabled Veteran, went to Iraq in 2005 but you wouldn’t know it unless you ask because he keeps great spirits and is always out and about active, we have been happily married for over 12 years. We do lots of volunteering in our local neighborhood (Reconciliation Outreach, The Family Place, White Rock Lake Concervancy, Dallas SPCA, etc…) and the military community (Wounded Warrior Project, Segs For Vets, 22Kill.com, VA programs, VFW)
Zenaida Hernandez started Dream Home Cleaners in 2007, she never thought it would become what it is now! In 2015 we changed from Zena’s Detailed Maids to Dream Home Cleaners because it was no longer just Zenaida, instead we grew into a more collaborative company. These days you will see Zenaida in the field and in the office. She enjoys her job and is always amazed at what her little idea from years ago has become now. In her leisure time she enjoys being grandma, going to church while doing lots of volunteer work within it and making every day a positive faithful path with God. Zenaida wishes her business continues to give our customers that special much needed quality time for many years to come.
Ramona “Mona” Hernandez
Ramona “Mona” Hernandez has been working with Dream Home Cleaners since 2008. She enjoys her job and taking good care of her customers. Mona takes great pride in what she does and it shows in her work ethic. She is in charge of her team and knows how to conduct excellent quality assurance checks. When not at work she loves spending time with her 3 sons that go to local schools (J.L. Long and Woodrow Wilson). She enjoys being part of the PTA, and does lots of volunteering in the schools. On the weekends she enjoys BBQs, and getting the family together.
Linda Chavez has been working with us since 2012. She loves every aspect of her job! Linda is in charge of her team and enjoys teaching proper cleaning methods. She appreciates her job because it allows the flexibility of time. Linda has quickly pulled through the ranks due to her excellent work ethic. During her free time she spends it with her husband, Jose and their 2 kids. Linda loves all things healthy and encourages green way of life.
Claudia Estrada has been with us since 2013. She is essential to our team managers and helps with quality assurance as well. Claudia says the best part of her job is the fact she gets paid to exercise! During her free time she enjoys spending it with her daughter and her family. Like many, she wants what is best for her baby and hopes with the help of this job she will be able to accomplish her goals, one which includes buying a house in the near future!
Ofelia “Ofe” Hernandez
Ofelia “Ofe” Hernandez has been with Dream Home Cleaners since 2007! She is in it for the long haul and loves every aspect of her job. Ofe has always been not just a hard worker but a smart worker too. She has been a team manager, a team member, quality assurance, basically every hat in the field she has probably worn it. She is THE expert on true professional cleaning services. In her free time she enjoys spending it with her family, traveling when possible, and making unique pieces of art as party favors, table decorations, all forming a custom party theme.
Johnny Macedo works the front office/customer service. Prior to working with Dream Home Cleaners she was in the banking industry. She keeps the office alive and cheery even at its busiest times. Johnny enjoys the fact she gets to work close to her favorite volunteer center, Reconciliation Outreach, were she often goes after work. Dorothy Moore is the Founder at Reconciliation Outreach and Johnny calls her “Mama”. She has 1 adult child and 2 teenagers along with grand children, so they keep her busy! Johnny enjoys her job and hopes to retire from here.
